Founded in 2016 in St-David-de-Falardeau, our spirits manufacturing company is the first micro-distillery in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region.
The passion is transmitted from one generation to the next as the project begins with brothers Jean-Philippe and Benoît and their father Serge Bouchard.
Our project began with a simple idea, that of making unique spirits that would offer an experience of pleasure and discovery. We draw all our inspiration from the richness of the environment around us. Whether by the purity of the water flowing from the Monts-Valin, the immensity of the Saguenay Fjord or diving into the heart of the boreal forest.
