The du Square Distillery is part of a recreational-tourism project right in the heart of the village of Chelsea. A member of the greater Square Old Chelsea family, the distillery is a dream that will soon become a reality.
The team has been working on this project for over 3 years now, and while waiting for construction to be completed, they decided to create their very first gin recipe and bottle it just for you, to give you the experience of Gin du Jardin.
Our gin is made from 100% Quebec corn alcohol, and we are very proud of it. A second product was launched this summer; Bella Ciao! Aperitivo, a must-have for Spritz and Negroni cocktails.
