Their distillery is located halfway between the site of Jacques Cartier's camp and the Iroquoian village of Stadaconé. It is on the banks of the Saint-Charles river, in Limoilou, where our artisanal spirits are distilled, inspired by this significant historical encounter.
Derived from the vegetation of the boreal undergrowth, their Blue gin evokes the rigor of the northern climate faced by the first arrivals.
With their Black gin, we cross the Pacific Ocean! The taste journey begins with a fresh breeze of kaffir lime and continues through to the cargo of exotic flavors brought by the Tasmanian bay.
