1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin
0.75 oz homemade grapefruit, rosemary & juniper berry syrup
Top with 1642 Elderflower Tonic
Garnish: rosemary sprig, grapefruit wedge & juniper berries

Instructions

In an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, add 0.75 oz of homemade grapefruit, rosemary & juniper berry syrup.
Add 1642 Elderflower Tonic and stir everything together.
Pour in 1.5 oz of Empress 1908 Gin at the end and observe the color gradient.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig, a grapefruit wedge & juniper berries.
Stir everything together and enjoy!
