Ingredients

1.5 oz Empress Gin
1 oz lavender syrup
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz 1642 Elderflower Tonic

Instructions

In a shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz of lavender syrup and 0.75 oz of lime juice.
Shake vigorously.
In a gin and tonic glass filled with ice, pour the contents of the shaker.
Add 1.5 oz of Empress Gin.
Top with 1642 Elderflower Tonic.
Garnish with fresh lime slices and lavender flowers.
