Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Trafalgar Gin
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 10 mint leaves
- Top with 1642 Cucumber Tonic
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh lime slice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 oz of Trafalgar Gin, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 10 mint leaves.
- Double strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Lengthen with about 2 oz of 1642 Cucumber Tonic.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a fresh lime slice.
