Ingredients

1.25 oz Ungava Gin
3 oz 1642 Grapefruit Tonic
0.25 oz Lime juice
1 Sprig of rosemary
1 Slice of grapefruit for garnish

Instructions

In a shaker filled with ice, add 1.25 oz of Ungava Gin, 0.25 oz of lime juice, and the rosemary sprig.
Shake vigorously.
Pour the contents of the shaker into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Top up with 1642 Grapefruit Tonic.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
