Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Ubald Dry Gin
  • 1 oz blueberry syrup infused with Labrador tea
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 1642 Regular Tonic
  • Garnish (Deconstructed cocktail in pastry): Lemon tartlet, blueberry/Labrador tea gel, gin-infused whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass filled with ice, add 1.5 oz of Ubald Dry Gin, 1 oz of blueberry syrup infused with Labrador tea, and 0.75 oz of lemon juice.
  2. Top with 1642 Regular Tonic.
  3. Stir everything together.
  4. Garnish with a lemon tartlet, blueberry/Labrador tea gel, and gin-infused whipped cream (a deconstructed cocktail in the form of pastry).
