Ingredients
Ingredients for Gin Infusion:
- Andro Projet Pilote Gin (with grapefruit and tarragon flavors)
- A few slices of candied ginger
- A few slices of lime
Ingredients for Cocktail Preparation:
- 2 oz of infused Andro ginger and lime gin
- 1642 Light Tonic
- Slice of lacto-fermented cucumber
- Homemade spray of lime distillation and sea salt
Instructions
- Infuse the candied ginger and lime slices in the Andro Projet Pilote Gin using a sous-vide method heated to 62 degrees Celsius.
- Once the gin has been infused, pour 2 oz of the Andro ginger and lime gin into a glass.
- Top up with 1642 Light Tonic.
- Garnish with a slice of lacto-fermented cucumber.
- Spritz with a homemade spray of lime distillation and sea salt.
