1.5 oz Menaud Gin
0.5 oz Shiso syrup
0.5 oz Gorria pepper syrup
1642 Yuzu
Garnish: Shiso and Gorria cotton candy

Instructions

Fill a glass with ice.
Pour in the various ingredients - 1.5 oz of Menaud Gin, 0.5 oz of Shiso syrup, and 0.5 oz of Gorria pepper syrup.
Top up with 1642 Yuzu.
Stir everything together.
Garnish with Shiso and Gorria cotton candy.
