- 1.5 oz Menaud Gin
- 0.5 oz Shiso syrup
- 0.5 oz Gorria pepper syrup
- 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish: Shiso and Gorria cotton candy
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in the various ingredients - 1.5 oz of Menaud Gin, 0.5 oz of Shiso syrup, and 0.5 oz of Gorria pepper syrup.
- Top up with 1642 Yuzu.
- Stir everything together.
- Garnish with Shiso and Gorria cotton candy.
