Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit-Rosemary Gin from Distillerie des 3 Lacs
- 6 oz 1642 Yuzu
- Dehydrated pineapple slice
- Rosemary sprig
- Dehydrated grapefruit slice
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large balloon glass, pour 1.5 oz of Grapefruit-Rosemary Gin from the Distillerie des 3 Lacs.
- Add ice.
- Top up with 6 oz of 1642 Yuzu.
- Using a spoon, stir gently.
- Add a dehydrated pineapple slice, slap a rosemary sprig (to release its aromas), and add a dehydrated grapefruit slice.
