Ingredients

1.5 oz Grapefruit-Rosemary Gin from Distillerie des 3 Lacs
6 oz 1642 Yuzu
Dehydrated pineapple slice
Rosemary sprig
Dehydrated grapefruit slice
Ice

Instructions

In a large balloon glass, pour 1.5 oz of Grapefruit-Rosemary Gin from the Distillerie des 3 Lacs.
Add ice.
Top up with 6 oz of 1642 Yuzu.
Using a spoon, stir gently.
Add a dehydrated pineapple slice, slap a rosemary sprig (to release its aromas), and add a dehydrated grapefruit slice.
