Ingredients

1.5 oz Loop Mission Concombre & Jalapeño Gin from Distillerie Mariana
5 oz 1642 Cucumber Tonic
Cucumber ribbon
Slice of jalapeño and a sprig of mint for garnish

Instructions

Take a large balloon glass and pour in 1.5 oz of Loop Mission Cucumber & Jalapeño Gin.
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Carefully top up with 5 oz of 1642 Cucumber Tonic.
Gently stir the mix using a spoon.
For garnishing, add a large ribbon of cucumber and a slice of jalapeño. To release the aroma of the mint, give a mint sprig a gentle slap and place it in the glass.
