Ingredients
- 1 oz Portage Gin
- 3/4 oz Saffron syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1642 Yuzu
- Saffron threads
- Dehydrated lime slice
- Ice
Instructions
- In an Old Fashioned glass, pour 1 oz of Portage Gin, 3/4 oz of saffron syrup, and 3/4 oz of lime juice.
- Using a spoon, stir gently.
- Add ice and fill the glass with 1642 Yuzu.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice and sprinkle with some saffron threads.
