Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Menaud Gin
- ½ oz Baumier fir syrup
- ½ oz Homemade sea buckthorn puree
- 2 oz 1642 Regular Tonic
- A few sea buckthorn berries
Instructions
- In a High Ball Rock glass, pour 1 ½ oz of Menaud Gin, ½ oz of Baumier fir syrup, and ½ oz of homemade sea buckthorn puree.
- Using a spoon, stir everything together.
- Top up with 1642 Regular Tonic.
- Garnish with a few sea buckthorn berries.
