Ingredients
- 1.25 oz St-Laurent Gin
- 0.75 oz of ginger and lemongrass syrup
- 0.25 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz 1642 Yuzu
- Basil leaf for garnish
Instructions
- Add the ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake for 7-10 seconds.
- Strain using a sieve into a highball glass over ice.
- Top the glass with 1642 Yuzu.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
