Ingredients
- 1.5 oz "La Plage" Gin from Club Local
- 6 oz 1642 Elderflower Tonic
- Dehydrated pineapple slice
- Basil leaf
- Edible flower petals
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large balloon glass, pour 1.5 oz of "La Plage" Gin from Club Local.
- Add ice. Top up with 6 oz of 1642 Elderflower Tonic.
- Using a spoon, stir gently.
- Add a dehydrated pineapple slice, slap a basil leaf (to release its aromas), and sprinkle some edible flower petals.
